1. We work with you and your vision.

We meet with you to discuss your renovation and remodeling ideas, assess and measure the living spaces, talk about styles and materials, and confer on solutions to challenges.

2. We work with you on determining the budget and timing.

With your input, we gather all of our experience, resources and options to develop an estimate of costs and completion that works for you.

3. We secure permits and order materials.

Once we have a signed agreement/deposit from you, we start the necessary permitting. Once you have made your final selections of floor styles, cabinets, paint colors, trim, etc., the appropriate materials can be ordered.

4. We begin demolition in the areas to be remodeled.

We respect your home and your living conditions during the renovation process. We take every precaution to minimize disruptions to your life while we remove floors, walls, cabinets, etc.

5. We configure the electrical, plumbing and HVAC.

Most renovations require re-configuring electrical, plumbing and sometimes heating and cooling ducts and vent. Whether it’s in the walls, ceiling or even concrete floors, we do it right.

6. We add new floors, walls, windows, doors and more.

After hanging any new drywall needed, we paint walls, lay floors, texture ceilings, add trim, install doors and windows and finish tile work for walls, stalls and backsplashes.

7. We install cabinetry, lighting and plumbing fixtures, etc.

Now that the room is finished everything is installed including kitchen or bathroom cabinets, sinks, tubs, toilets, mirrors, built-in appliances, fans, etc.

8. We add finishing touches and walk-through with you.

We finish off hundreds of details and little touches that complete your project before a final walk-through inspection with you. We want to make sure you are as satisfied with your home improvement as we are.
