At BC Reno Group we provide project management, planning, and labor for remodels and renovations. We utilize our special skills, networking, and experience to provide a smooth transition from outdated to updated.

Chad Giesen, U.S. Navy Veteran

Chad Giesen, a Brevard County resident, was raised in Manassas, VA, and moved with his family to Florida in 2005. He served in the United States Navy for 6 years, from 2011-2017, as an expeditionary aircraft mechanic while stationed at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. He deployed with Patrol Squadron One three times, including two tours in the Middle East in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve, and a third tour to Japan – 7^th Fleet, in support of U.S. forward presence operations. Amidst deployment and home cycles, he was assigned to dozens of detachments, domestic and abroad, in support of humanitarian and military operations.

During his military service, Chad began renovating and remodeling residential homes part-time, forming the building blocks for his future career in construction. His father’s experience as a General Contractor, Home Inspector, and retired U.S. Navy Commander provided valuable mentorship from a young age and was instrumental to Chad’s strong foundation of construction knowledge and technical abilities.

After separating from the U.S. Navy in 2017, Chad founded Giesen Group ^LLC and began pursuing his career in residential remodeling within the construction industry. In 2018, he partnered with his brother-in-law, Bryan S., to expand operations and began hiring an in-house workforce as well as establishing a dependable network of subcontractors; the company then took on the name BC Reno Group^LLC. In 2020, Chad obtained his State Certified Residential Contractor’s license, broadening capabilities even further.

In 2021, Chad founded Design Co., a construction planning and design company in collaboration with Structural Engineers and Architects to support the growing complexity of BC Reno Groups’ scope of work, fulfilling the need for comprehensive planning and professional design.

Chad currently resides in Melbourne, FL and pursues hobbies in aviation and extreme sports.

Bryan Shahlamian

Bryan Shahlamian, a resident of Satellite Beach, was raised in Brevard County, Florida. Bryan graduated high school and attended college in Newport News, Virginia where he earned his 4-year apprenticeship in pipe fitting. While at the Apprentice School he worked on numerous projects aboard nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines for the United States Navy as an employee for Northrop Grumman and Huntington Ingalls Industries. During his 8 years in Virginia he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Saint Leo University.

Bryan and his wife Megan knew where their hearts were and made the move back to Brevard County Florida where he worked residential remodels and renovations with his father’s business for 2 years. Bryan had the opportunity to work alongside his experienced father with 40+ years in the renovation and construction industry.

Bryan then spent 1 year with Space X as a launch technician. In late 2018 Bryan joined forces with his brother-in- law, Chad Giesen, creating a partnership and developing “BC Reno Group”. In early 2020 Bryan became a State Certified Residential Contractor in Florida. Bryan currently resides in Satellite Beach, Florida and is married with one beautiful daughter Addison Rose.

BC Reno Group has done an awesome job in several remodeling projects...both at my home and investment properties. THEY CAN DO IT ALL AND THEY DO IT RIGHT! Very honest and upfront and absolutely the most professional contractor I have ever experienced. They are great communicators, easy to get in touch with, not full of excuses, high quality work, detail orientated, very courteous. They also clean up after themselves and keep the project neat and orderly. There is usually a lot of apprehension involved when hiring a contractor, however BC Reno Group takes that out of the equation...no doubt! Give them a call for your next project. Brian, Chad, and the entire team at BC Reno Group were absolutely great to work with. Last year the team completed a major renovation of my Kitchen and Master Bathroom in my home in Indialantic, FL. Everything about the project went very well. They communicated with me every step of the way and executed the job as originally planned. They are very much committed to doing the job RIGHT. Early this year the renovated my guest bathroom and did the same terrific job. I can't say enough great things about their work and who they are as people !!!!

After having BC Reno Group highly referred to me, I want to return the favor due to their high level of expertise in remodeling several areas of my home. The team completely remodeled my kitchen, replaced all of my flooring with wood plank tile, installed glass pocket doors, painted interior and updated two bathrooms and laundry room with professional precision work. Their extreme attention to detail and level of thoroughness continued to impress me throughout the process. Not only was their work of expert quality, but BC Reno Group was great at communicating and organized. They made the process as stress free as possible and I am so very pleased with the results. The BC Reno Group did an amazing job with some remodeling at my home. It's always a pain to get a reliable company that does a great job and does what they say they will and they did just that! No need to call a bunch of times to get an estimate or to get them to answer the phone, they got everything to me right away. I was very happy with the end product, they got it done quickly and were courteous throughout the process. Impressed from start to finish. 5 stars, highly recommended!

My wife and I contracted BC Reno Group to remodel our kitchen/dining room area, replace the tile floor with luxury vinyl and paint. These guys were finished with the entire project in 3 weeks and I can't speak highly enough about what they've done. It was a total transformation and we couldn't be any happier. We were so happy, we called them back to put in a pergola on our back patio and once again, they out did themselves. If youre looking to update inside or out, call these guys. Highly, highly recommended by me.
