BC Reno Group is a veteran-owned, family-operated residential contracting firm based in Melbourne,
Florida. Founded in 2018 by Chad Giesen and Bryan Shahlamian, the company has earned a strong
reputation for delivering high-quality renovations rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, and precision.
Specializing in full-service home remodeling, BC Reno Group offers a comprehensive range of
services—including kitchen and bathroom remodels, room expansions, first- and second-story additions,
accessory buildings, custom home builds, whole-house renovations, outdoor living spaces, window and
door replacements, as well as custom features like pergolas and decks. Their team of licensed
professionals manages every stage of the process, from planning and project management to skilled
trades such as carpentry, flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing.

Chad Giesen
Co- Founder, BC Reno Group
Certified Residential Contractor
Chad Giesen is a U.S. Navy veteran and licensed residential contractor with a passion for quality craftsmanship and community-focused construction. Born in Manassas, Virginia, he relocated to Brevard County, Florida, in 2005. From 2011 to 2017, Chad served as an expeditionary aircraft mechanic in the U.S. Navy, stationed at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington. During his service, Chad completed three overseas deployments with Patrol Squadron One. Two of those missions supported Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve in the Middle East. His third deployment took him to Japan with the Navy’s 7th Fleet, where he contributed to forward presence operations throughout the Pacific. He also participated in humanitarian and defense assignments both at home and abroad. While still on active duty, Chad began working on home renovation projects, developing hands-on experience and a growing love for construction. Under the guidance of his father—a retired Navy Commander and seasoned General Contractor—he learned the ins and outs of building science, project management, and residential design. After leaving the military, Chad transitioned his part-time passion into a full-time profession. He founded Giesen Group LLC in 2017, focusing on residential remodeling. In 2018, he partnered with his brother-in-law, Bryan S., and rebranded the business as BC Reno Group LLC. Together, they built a reliable team of skilled subcontractors and expanded their operations across the Space Coast. By 2020, Chad earned his State Certified Residential Contractor License, strengthening the company’s ability to take on larger, more complex projects. Now based in Melbourne, Florida, Chad continues to lead BC Reno Group with the same discipline, dedication, and integrity he carried throughout his military career. When he's not on a job site, you can find him enjoying aviation, action sports, and time with his family.
Bryan Shahlamian

Bryan Shahlamian, a proud resident of Satellite Beach, Florida, was raised in Brevard County and has deep roots in the local community. A graduate of Satellite High School, Bryan pursued higher education in Newport News, Virginia, where he completed a prestigious four-year apprenticeship in pipefitting and welding through the renowned Apprentice School. During this time, he worked on critical projects aboard nuclear-powered aircraft carriers and submarines for the U.S. Navy as an employee of Northrop Grumman and Huntington Ingalls Industries. While advancing his technical expertise, Bryan also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Saint Leo University. He holds a journeyman license in pipefitting, underscoring his commitment to craftsmanship and professionalism. In 2017, Bryan and his wife Megan returned to their hometown of Brevard County, drawn by their love for the community and a desire to raise their family near the coast. Shortly after, he spent a year working as a launch technician for SpaceX at Kennedy Space Center. In late 2018, Bryan partnered with his brother-in-law, Chad Giesen, to launch BC Reno Group—a company focused on high-quality residential renovations. By early 2020, Bryan had earned his Florida State Certified Residential Contractor (CRC) license, further expanding his credentials and capabilities. Bryan is also a co-owner of Pipe Dreams Plumbing Services, one of the top performing plumbing companies in Brevard County. The two companies are vital assets to one another, continuing to set them apart from the competition. Today, Bryan resides in Satellite Beach with Megan and their three daughters, Addison, Brynlee and Lainey. He is an active supporter of the local community, coaching youth sports and sponsoring local teams. Known for his strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and precise scheduling, Bryan is committed to delivering outstanding results for every client.
Savanna Ravel
Office / Marketing Manager
Savanna a true Florida native, earned her degree in Marketing and Business from the University of North Florida and began her career in media and research at Cox Media Group, where she quickly advanced to key roles such as Research Director and Multimedia Account Executive. As the Director of Research at Cox Media Group, she spearheaded major market research studies for national brands including Ford, Southwest Airlines, and even local icons such as the Kennedy Space Center. Her ability to blend market analysis with storytelling made her a trusted partner for clients across various industries. Savanna is a seasoned marketing executive and with a strong background in strategic media, branding, and community engagement. She met her husband while in college, and after spending over 12 years building their life in Jacksonville Beach, they decided to move to her husbands hometown of Satellite Beach to start a family of their own. Driven by her love for serving and helping others, Savanna earned her Real Estate License and embraced the opportunity to grow alongside this beautiful, peaceful community. Savanna lives with her husband Justin, daughter, Kailah and son, Koa. She currently serves as the Office and Marketing Manager for BC Reno Group, where she brings her passion for branding, operations, and customer relationships to the world of residential construction. Whether she’s building marketing strategies or helping local families bring their renovation visions to life, Savanna leads with purpose and a deep commitment to community.
